- Currency
- Prices and invoices are in US dollars. The dual-currency add-on lets your business show prices and take cash in Lebanese pounds at your own rate — your subscription stays in USD.
- Free trial
- Self sign-up starts with a free trial of 14 days unless the plan shows its own trial length. No payment details are needed to start. Add-ons are free during the trial and billed from its end.
- Demos
- A demo is a separate business filled with fictional sample data. It is never charged, sends no messages to the sample customers and is deleted automatically after 7 days.
- Paying invoices
- Every invoice has its own payment page and a PDF, and is due 14 days after it is issued. Pay by bank transfer, cash at our office, Whish Money or OMT. Always quote the invoice number as the payment reference. Your account is updated as soon as we record the payment.
- Changing plans
- Upgrades apply immediately and cost only the prorated difference for the rest of the period. Downgrades take effect at the end of the period.
- Late payment
- An overdue invoice marks the subscription as past due; after a 7-day grace period it is suspended until paid. Paying lifts the suspension automatically.
Billing currently runs in demo mode: purchases are marked “Demo — not charged” and no payment is taken.
