Features
An animated public site with your services, team, opening hours and reviews. Clients pick services, a person or anyone available, a date and a slot, then get a confirmation with a private manage link.
Slots respect staff hours, breaks, opening hours, closures, time off and buffers between appointments. Every booking re-checks the person’s time, so two clients can never get the same slot.
Day view with a column per team member and a week view. Click to book, add walk-ins, and drag and drop to move or resize — each change is validated on the server.
Reception checks out appointments with extra items, discounts, tips and split payments, and sells or redeems packages. Receipts are numbered and available as PDF.
A client record with history, spend, notes, tags and marketing consent; duplicate detection and merge; a client portal. Reminders go by email — and by WhatsApp when you connect your number.
With online deposits, clients pay a deposit through your own Stripe account when they book; the slot is held while they pay and the deposit is deducted at checkout.
Revenue by day, service and team member, utilisation, no-show and cancellation rates. Add branches with their own hours and staff, staff attendance and the owner app.

Every booking, move or resize locks the team member’s time and re-checks for overlaps before saving. This is tested with many simultaneous bookings for the same slot.
Yes, with the online deposits add-on and your own Stripe account. Without keys, clients are told to pay at the venue and the appointment is simply booked.
By email a set number of hours before the appointment (24 by default). With the WhatsApp add-on and your WhatsApp Cloud API number, reminders and confirmations can also go by WhatsApp.
It manages appointments, staff calendars, client details and notes. It is not an electronic medical records system and does not store clinical records.
Yes. Upgrading takes effect at once and you pay only the prorated difference for the rest of the period. A downgrade is scheduled for the end of the current period. Add-ons that the new plan includes are cancelled automatically.
Your plan and the add-ons you kept are invoiced from the end of the trial. Invoices are in USD; each one has its own payment page and a PDF.
