Yes, with the online payments module. Members pay through your own Stripe account (test keys give you a full sandbox). Without it, the app tells members to pay at reception — it never shows a fake confirmation.
The RFID module works with networked card readers and check-in devices that call the app’s device API. Contact us before buying hardware so we can check it with you.
Yes, with the dual currency add-on. Invoices stay in your main currency; the desk can take cash in LBP at the rate you set, and the payment keeps the amount and rate used.
Click-to-chat works straight away. Automatic messages go through the WhatsApp Cloud API once you enter your own phone-number ID and token, and only to members who opted in. Each message is logged as sent, failed or skipped with the reason.
Yes. Upgrading takes effect at once and you pay only the prorated difference for the rest of the period. A downgrade is scheduled for the end of the current period. Add-ons that the new plan includes are cancelled automatically.
Your plan and the add-ons you kept are invoiced from the end of the trial. Invoices are in USD; each one has its own payment page and a PDF.
