Features
Products with SKU, barcodes, categories and brands, alternate units such as a carton of 12, and variants by size or colour. Several warehouses, each with optional bin locations. CSV import and export.
Every receipt, issue, transfer, adjustment and count correction is an immutable movement with quantity, cost, user, reason and source document. Stock levels are updated in the same transaction under row locks, so two people can never sell the last unit twice.
Suppliers with prices and lead times, purchase orders with approval, receiving against the order with over- and under-delivery handling, and freight, customs and insurance allocated by value, weight or quantity into the unit cost.
B2B customers on price lists with quantity breaks, sales orders that reserve stock, pick lists, packing and a delivery note PDF, back-orders and returns into stock or quarantine.
Lot numbers with expiry dates and a recall report, per-unit serial numbers with warranty dates, blind cycle and full counts with variance approval, and kits assembled from components at rolled-up cost.

Only the owner, managers and purchasers. Sales staff see selling prices but no costs; warehouse staff and viewers see neither — in the screens, the scanner and every export.
Not unless you allow it. Every movement is checked under a row lock inside one transaction, so parallel picks of the last units cannot oversell.
No. It values your stock and records purchases and deliveries; invoices and the ledger stay in your accounting system, fed by CSV exports.
Shops are better served by our NextGenLB POS, which has its own stock module at the till. This product is for businesses that move goods without a till: distributors, wholesalers, importers and warehouses.
Yes. Upgrading takes effect at once and you pay only the prorated difference for the rest of the period. A downgrade is scheduled for the end of the current period. Add-ons that the new plan includes are cancelled automatically.
Your plan and the add-ons you kept are invoiced from the end of the trial. Invoices are in USD; each one has its own payment page and a PDF.
